All orders ship from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Domestic (Australia)
- Standard: generally 2–6 business days depending on state/territory.
- Express: usually 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
Tracking is provided for most orders. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
International
We ship worldwide using Australia Post international services. Typical timeframes by world zone:
- Zone 1 – New Zealand: ~6–10 business days
- Zone 2 – Asia Pacific: ~6–12 business days
- Zone 3 – US & Canada: ~7–15 business days
- Zone 4 – UK & Europe: ~8–15 business days
- Zone 5 – Rest of World: ~10–18 business days

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be confident in what you buy.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
If a product you purchase from us has a major fault (unsafe, doesn’t do what it’s meant to, or is significantly different from its description), you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
For customers outside the European Union, we do not accept refund or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing an order.
For Customers within the European Union, we accept returns of unused, undamaged physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.Exclusions: personalised/custom products (e.g., custom towels) and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide free return shipping on international orders other than those faulty by manufacturing defect. The costs incurred for return shipping, customs, import fees and taxes will be at the customer’s expense.
How to return
Email us through our contact page with your order number and a brief description (include a photo or video if the item is faulty). We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
- For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return postage.
International returns
The same process applies — please contact us first. Duties/taxes paid in your country may not be refundable; check with your local customs office.
