Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide to most regions. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Processing is usually 1–3 business days when items are instock. Orders ship from Australia via Australia Post.

Domestic (Australia): Standard delivery is generally 2–6 business days depending on your state or territory. Express is usually 1–3 business days to most metro areas.
International: Delivery times depend on your country’s Australia Post world zone:
Zone 1 – New Zealand: ~6–10 business days
Zone 2 – Asia Pacific: ~6–12 business days
Zone 3 – US & Canada: ~7–15 business days
Zone 4 – UK & Europe: ~8–15 business days
Zone 5 – Rest of World: ~10–18 business days

These are typical timeframes and can vary with local customs or peak periods.

Yes — you’ll be emailed a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not refund items for change of mind, please choose carefully. Faulty physical products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customised items (e.g. personalised towels) and digital downloads are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Email support@precisionshotpro.com with your order number and any pictures or video of the faulty item. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Are free tools and calculators safe to use?

Yes — they’re tested by shooters and follow ISSF-accurate rules and dimensions. Always double-check printer scale and safe training practices.
