Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and can’t be added later. Some codes may have conditions or exclusions — check the promo details. We can change or end promotions at any time.

Orders & Payments

Placing an order online is an offer to buy goods at the listed price (including GST where applicable) plus delivery. You agree to provide accurate personal details for processing and shipping. Orders may be declined or cancelled if incomplete, inaccurate, or flagged as high risk. If cancelled after payment, we’ll refund you promptly — actual timing depends on your bank.

Payment methods include Mastercard, Visa, Debit Card and PayPal. Full payment must clear before dispatch. You’ll receive an invoice by email once payment is processed.

Product Availability & Errors

Sometimes items sell out or have listing errors (description, price, images). If part of your order can’t be fulfilled, we’ll contact you to swap, refund or partially ship. Images are for illustration — check written dimensions and specs before ordering. Colours may vary slightly on screens.

Delivery

Australian orders ship via Australia Post from Highton, VIC. Delivery time can vary depending on location. Signature may be required. If no one is available, your parcel will go to your local Post Office.

Delays can happen due to factors outside our control; we aren’t liable for losses from delivery delays.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We aim to make returns straightforward. Key points:

Change of mind: We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing an order.
Faulty/incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage.
Digital downloads: Not returnable once delivered/accessed (subject to mandatory consumer rights).
Custom/personalised items: Not returnable unless faulty.

EU & UK Additional Rights

EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt to cancel for any reason. UK customers have similar rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused and returned in original condition. Return shipping, customs and import fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for harm from using this site, including viruses, data loss, or device damage. You should use up-to-date anti-virus and security measures.
