Behind The Scenes

Hey there - I'm Stef, and welcome to Precision Shot Pro!

I started PSP because, frankly, I was sick of rocking up to training with crumpled notes, scattered goals, and zero clue what I did last week (sound familiar?). I'm not an elite shooter - just someone who really wanted to improve but kept getting stuck in the chaos of inconsistency. I figured if I was struggling to keep things structured, surely others were too.

So I did what any curious shooter would do - I picked the brains of the best. I chatted with top shooters, coaches, and Olympic legends from the MISC crew and discovered that even they were keen on having solid training tools. That's when the idea for The Shooter's Signature Journal took shape.

It's not just a journal - it's a full-on performance partner. Whether you're brand new to the sport or chasing podiums, training solo or with a coach, this journal gives you the clarity, structure, and insight you need to shoot with purpose.

The journal launched seven months ago and has completely exceeded my expectations - a few hundred sold within our small ISSF pistol community! What's blown me away is the range of shooters using it - from D grade all the way through to A grade. Some coaches have even picked up copies and genuinely love using it with their shooters. And yes, even some Master graders wanted in - and now train with it too (which, I'll admit, I'm pretty chuffed about). We've even sent copies overseas to competitive clubs in Europe and South Africa.

Off the back of that, and thanks to requests from fellow shooters, we've just released a brand-new pocket-sized Individual Scorebook to make competition-day tracking just as smooth and structured as your training.

At PSP, we're building more than products - we're building a community of shooters who give a damn about growing, improving, and supporting each other.

So grab your journal, set your goals, chart your progress - and I'll see you on the range.

Do you have a growth mindset?

A growth mindset is essential in ISSF pistol shooting. It's about viewing every challenge as an opportunity to learn and improve. It's recognising that each shot offers insights and every competition reveals areas for development. Embracing resilience and adaptability allows us to continually refine our skills and reach new heights. With a growth mindset, every setback becomes a stepping stone toward success.

I found this perspective incredibly valuable, and I thought I'd share it with you too!
